08 one owner senioir owned perfectly maintained 190,000 miles have fluff poof sound coming out of the exhaust

this used to indicate a valve probelm.."poof" "flutter? every so often every 4 or so seconds at normal idle --standing behind the vehicle at the muffler.-anything to be concernced about ..?

getting ready to do the 200,000 mile maintanice routine-..valve adj. and plugs etc--Thank you
